Thirteen A Social Enterprise is a Spice Company & Youth Entrepreneurial Training Program of the Parkdale Food Centre. We engage youth who are seeking employment and skills development opportunities in the operation of our business. We make and sell spice mixes inspired by the countries from which participants of the program have come.
